This elite global law firm is looking to add a Senior Associate (5–8 PQE) to its highly regarded Financial Services Regulation team in London, a group known for advising major financial institutions, funds, and fintechs on their most complex regulatory challenges.
You’ll be joining a tight-knit, high-performing team that operates at the intersection of law, finance, and innovation, advising across banking regulation, securities, ESG, cryptoassets, funds, and cross-border regulatory change projects.
The Role:
* Advising banks, asset managers, and market infrastructure providers on UK and EU regulatory issues (FCA, PRA, SMCR, MiFID II, etc.)
* Working on high-value transactional and advisory mandates alongside top-tier corporate and funds teams
* Supporting major regulatory investigations, enforcement, and compliance projects
