What you'll be doing:
As Reception Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth running of the front desk operation. Key responsibilities include:
Leading, training, and motivating a team of 5-6 (Receptionists, Porters, and a Supervisor)
Overseeing day-to-day reception operations, ensuring exceptional guest service
Managing shift patterns across early and late shifts, 5 out of 7 days per week (45 hours)
Implementing and supporting the transition from Opera to a new hotel system
Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency
