ROLE: Support Worker x 4
LOCATION: Crewe/Nantwich
SALARY: £12.60 - £13.30
HOURS: 35 hours a week (flexible required)
SHIFTS: 8:00am to 10:00pm, waking nights approx. 10:00pm to 8:00am, and sleep-in shifts.
About Cheshire Supported Living:
Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Cheshire and Manchester provides support for people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injuries.
As a Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the day-to-day routines of the people we support.
* Promoting independence and helping clients live fulfilling lives.
* Encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
* Assisting with healthcare needs, including accompanying clients to appointments and administering medication.
* Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
* Providing personal care as required.
* Supporting with domestic tasks like cleaning and cooking.
* Offering guidance and emotional support.
