* Work closely with senior stakeholders – strong communication and soft skills are essential
* Join a large, well-resourced programme with a strong delivery team behind you

* Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum teams in technical environments
* Strong coordination and leadership skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
* Ability to hit the ground running and operate autonomously
* Experience in CI/CD implementation and improving delivery frameworks
* Comfortable content-switching and adapting to multiple business units
* Familiarity with DevOps, security programmes, or data services is a bonus
* A pragmatic, people-first mindset – culture fit is key
Additional Details
