Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and organise documents for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
* Handle incoming communications with professionalism, including phone calls and emails.
* Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as required.
* Coordinate activities and events.
* Prepare quotations and presentations
* Support project management tasks by tracking progress and deadlines.
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing administrative support.
Skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Proficient in administrative functions with experience in clerical work.
* Excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating professionalism in all communications.
* Competence in using Microsoft applications for document creation and collaboration.
* Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
