Our client, who are a well-established and innovative engineering manufacturer, are looking for an Engineering Manager based in Nottinghamshire to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is based on-site in, Nottinghamshire, within a fast-paced engineering environment delivering high-quality, customised products into a range of demanding industries. The position is a key leadership role, responsible for driving technical excellence, managing engineering operations, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects and solutions. Key responsibilities of the Engineering Manager job based in Nottinghamshire: Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Oversee engineering projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
