Role
Customer Service Administrator role at Coralisle Group Ltd.
Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality customer service and administrative support, resolving client queries, and promoting Coralisle Life’s suite of life insurance and investment products. You will also maintain accurate records, support compliance, and assist with projects across the Coralisle Group of Companies as required.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing queries promptly across all communication channels and escalating complex issues when necessary.
* Resolve client issues efficiently to support customer loyalty and reinforce the value of life insurance products.
* Maintain accurate electronic and physical records, ensuring documentation meets compliance, regulatory, and internal standards.
* Conduct outreach to clients and consultants, coordinate documentation, review submissions for accuracy, and manage inquiries and complaints through to resolution.
* Collaborate with underwriting and sales teams on policy adjustments, reinstatements, upselling, and client retention strategies.
* Handle financial tasks including maintaining cash float, reconciling premiums, forwarding deposits, processing claims and policy changes, and preparing cheque requisitions.
* Provide administrative support such as front desk coverage, correspondence, scanning, filing, and managing the Customer Service inbox.
* Communicate effectively with team members, assist colleagues across business lines.
* Participate in project work or other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of two years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a customer service environment in the financial services industry.
* Completion of financial services qualifications required.
* Superior communication and organizational skills along with the ability to be effective in a fluid, fast‑paced and demanding sales environment.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, preferably to an advanced user level.
