The Project Coordinator Role
* Coordinate personnel, projects, clients, on‑site resources and equipment
* Provide technical support to field‑based teams
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures
* Issue appropriate RAMS to field teams for each project
* Plan and manage weekly deployment and schedules of field staff
* Support toolbox talks, team briefings and site‑based workplace inspections
* Ensure field staff are equipped and supported to work safely
* Coordinate project activities, resources and information to meet programme requirements
* Identify project risks and opportunities
* Track and report on project progress
* Maintain accurate project documentation and records
* Support QA checks and assurance activities
* Prepare and review RAMS documentation
* Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Project Manager
Project Coordinator Requirements
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience in a wastewater‑related role (CCTV surveying, asset inspection, flow monitoring etc.)
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Highly organised with strong problem‑solving ability
* Flexible, dependable and able to work under time pressure
* Professional, approachable and confident communicating at all levels
* Able to work independently using initiative
