Responsibilities
* Lead and co-ordinate a team of staff on a rota basis to deliver the university sporting and events programmes.
* Ensure sector-leading standards of housekeeping, maintenance, health and safety, operational and quality management systems.
* Deliver high levels of customer service and create a first-class, welcoming environment for students and the wider community.
Requirements/Qualifications
* ISRM/C and G Higher Professional Diploma or ISRM Sport and Recreation Management Certificate, or equivalent work experience.
* Experience in sports facility operation and events delivery, with ability to motivate teams to achieve targets related to facility management, customer service and income generation.
Employment Details
* Contract type: Permanent, full-time (averaging 36.25 hours per week).
* Working on a rotational shift pattern; core hours 6.30am–11.00pm.
* Evening, weekend, and work over public holidays may be required.
