Your new role
As a Procurement Assistant, you will work closely with the finance team to ensure procurement processes and administration are effectively managed. You’ll be responsible for maintaining supplier relationships and analysing spend and product data via their P2P system,
ProcureWizard. A key part of your role will involve running daily reports to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across their hospitality sites in London and beyond.
What you'll need to succeed
Proficiency with the ProcureWizard P2P system is essential. You should have prior experience in a procurement or finance function, with a focus on inventory and financial data analysis. Strongmunication skills are vital, as you’ll be managing both internal and external stakeholder relationships. The role requires attendance at the
Soho, London office three days per week.
