We provide our customers with a quality take‑away food service in many high‑street locations with great tasting products including sandwiches, savouries and cakes at excellent value prices.
We are now looking for a Junior Shop Manager to join our team and support/manage our Mold Poundbakery shop.
Responsibilities
* Managing day‑to‑day shop operations
* Driving sales growth
* Delivering outstanding customer service
* Training, developing and motivating your team
* Ensuring hygiene and food safety compliance
Requirements
* Background in retail management and ideally experience within a food environment
* Strong work ethic and a hands‑on “can do” mentality
* Must have a valid driving licence
