Are you a technically exceptional Reward leader who enjoys turning complexity into clarity?
Do you thrive on combining strategy, analytics and governance to shape reward frameworks that directly support business performance?
We’re looking for a Head of Reward to play a pivotal role in shaping and governing reward across a large, multi-site organisation. This is a high-impact leadership role combining strategic influence with hands-on analytical depth to deliver reward outcomes that are robust, compliant and commercially aligned.
The role
Reporting to the Reward Director, you will lead the comprehensive delivery of reward operations across pay, incentives, benefits, job evaluation, equity plans and regulatory reporting.
This is a role that blends strategic insight with operational ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
· Leading the annual salary review and bonus cycles, including modelling, governance and executive reporting
· Owning job evaluation, grading frameworks and market benchmarking to ensure fair and competitive pay structures
· Managing the full benefits portfolio and equity plans, ensuring compliance and commercial sustainability
· Delivering statutory reporting (including Gender Pay Gap) and maintaining strong reward governance
· Providing advanced analytics, modelling and commercial insight to support senior decision-making
You’ll operate at the intersection of HR, Finance and Operations — influencing decisions that directly impact thousands of colleagues.
What makes this role exciting?
Reward sits at the heart of business performance.
You’ll shape frameworks that drive attraction, retention and engagement — while ensuring cost discipline and compliance. You will also have the opportunity to modernise reward practices and embed best-in-class processes across the organisation.
What do I need to be successful?
· Reward leadership experience within a large, complex organisation
· Deep expertise across compensation, incentives, benefits, job evaluation and regulatory reporting
· Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and modelling expertise
· Commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
· A collaborative, organised and resilient approach in a fast-moving environment
You’ll succeed if you enjoy owning the detail while shaping the bigger picture — and if you’re confident translating complex reward data into clear, practical guidance.
Why join?
· A leadership role with genuine enterprise-wide impact
· Strategic exposure and influence at executive level
· Opportunity to evolve and modernise reward frameworks
· A supportive, inclusive and commercially focused culture
· Long-term development within a purpose-driven organisation
