About the Role As a Recovery Worker, you will play an essential role in helping individuals achieve their personal goals and live independently. You will support the daily running of the service, promote wellbeing, and work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals. This role involves shift working, which may include evenings, weekends, nights (waking or sleep-in), and on-call duties. What You’ll Do Provide person-centred support to adults (18–65) within the community Empower individuals to achieve personal goals, build independence, and improve wellbeing, including life-skills like budgeting, tenancy sustainment, and accessing services. Carry out keyworking duties: manage your own caseload, co-create support plans, complete sessions and records, and promote positive risk-taking. Maintain a safe, respectful environment, monitor wellbeing, and ensure compliance with legal and organisational standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies; maintain accurate digital records. Manage your own workload effectively, work independently and as part of a team, and support service operations (including shift work across days, evenings, nights, and weekends). Demonstrate strong communication, compassion, motivation skills, and the ability to prioritise and advocate for individuals.
