As Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in
delivering a great experience to our guests. With a keen eye for detail, an
organised approach and a “we can do attitude“ and a genuine want to exceed our
guest’s experience. Hotel experience in a hands-on role and an ability to
work off your own initiative is a must.

What we are looking for:
* Experience
in working in all areas of food and beverage in a hotel operation
* Including
running weddings, banqueting and conference. With a good knowledge and
experience in restaurant & bars
* You
will have a great ability to motivate, communicate and support your
colleagues and be a keen driver of standards
* Planning
of staffing effectively in accordance with business needs
* Be
an enthusiastic team player wanting to make your mark on the
business
* Training
and monitoring of health & safety training and awareness of HR
legislation
* Duty
management experience preferred but training will be given

relaxed dining experience for up to 70 guests, the Alderley Edge Hotel is an

banqueting and events for up to 120 guests. Front of house, we offer a superb
