We are looking for a Practice Coordinator to support our Social Workers / alternatively qualified and experienced practitioners and our leaders to develop their practice with children and families in County Durham.

What’s involved?



This is anon-caseholding rolefocused on supporting Social Workers and alternatively qualified practitioners and leaders to develop and deepen their practice with children and families.

What will I need?



You might be the perfect fit if you:

* Can work effectively with partners to work holistically with families




ASocial Work qualificationis highly advantageous but not essential. Arelevant degreeandsignificant experienceworking with children and families is required.

HYBRID WORKING



Durham County Council currently operates a hybrid working policy where a model of 2 days in the workplace and 3 days at home/remote will apply. This model is pro-rated for part time roles and arrangements are at managers discretion, alternatively you can work all of your contracted hours within the workplace if you prefer.
