The Role

As a Junior Property Consultant, you'll be developed to become a fully accountable, end-to-end property professional. This is not a high-street, desk-bound role. We operate flexibly, working from mobile devices and prioritising responsiveness over rigid 9–5 availability .
No previous property experience is required. What matters is your mindset, professionalism, and hunger to build a serious career.
What You'll Do
You will support senior consultants while learning every stage of the sales process, including:
* Cultivating and converting instruction leads
* Assisting with property launches and marketing coordination
* Communicating with buyers via phone and WhatsApp
* Conducting viewings alongside senior consultants
* Supporting negotiations and sales progression
* Managing client updates and proactive communication
* Learning pricing strategy and market positioning
You'll gain exposure to our full end-to-end model, from valuation to completion, because at IDRIS, responsibility isn't split across departments .
