This role will involve mainly remote working with some occasional (expensed) travel to our offices, or client offices across the UK. All applicants must be eligible for UK SC level Security Clearance.

As an advisory Microsoft Solution Architect, you’ll be working with a varied mix of clients and wide range of projects. You’ll be delivering work at high and low level; Shaping, strategy, technical design and ‘on the tools’. Every project will present a different challenge; so, if you are enthusiastic and adaptable, this is an opportunity for you to thrive.
This role will involve but not limited to:
• Quickly develop close working relationships and engage with others at an appropriate level
• Empathise, understand client requirements, and align the solution/technology with the desired outcome
• Manage stakeholders at all levels and balance risk vs reward vs cost
• Identify opportunities for improvement and follow-on work
• Bring fresh ideas based on past successes (and failures) from previous engagements to new scenarios
• Are self-managed, motivated, and can work independently
• Support the development of other team members by knowledge sharing and mentoring.

We're looking for a range of the following skills and experiences:
• A good working knowledge across the Microsoft portfolio, with SME knowledge in one or more specialist areas, such as SharePoint, TEAMS and OneDrive.
• Previous experience working across projects utilising Co-Pilot
• Experience working with a range of different project and architecture methodologies and frameworks (Agile Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, TOGAF, RCDA etc.)
• Experience with Architecting Microsoft solutions and the creation of HLD documents, including experience of migrating from another Microsoft / on-premise environment.
