About the Role: At BaptistCare HopeStreet, we seek to transform the lives of people in our communities who are living with disadvantage or experiencing great personal trials. As a Retail Coordinator, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our community retail space, ensuring high-quality practical support for our clients. Duties include: Coordinate retail operations, including rostering, stock control, and sales Recruit, train and support volunteers Build strong relationships with donors, community members and local partners Ensure compliance with WHS and BaptistCare policies Support broader community development goals through retail engagement About You: Certificate IV in Retail or Community Services (or equivalent experience) Experience in retail, community spaces or social enterprises Strong communication, organisational and financial skills Good technology skills, in areas of communication, data entry, and financials A heart for social justice and community engagement Current Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain) A valid drivers licence About Us: BaptistCare is a leading for-purpose Christian-based care organisation that supports thousands of people across more than 100 locations in NSW, ACT and WA.
