[Green heart] Nurse Manager Opportunity in South Kent
Are you a Registered Nurse with experience supporting clients in the community? Do you have a background in delivering hands-on care to individuals with complex needs, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, or ventilators?
We’re currently looking for a compassionate and confident Nurse Manager to join our team in South Kent. In this role, you’ll take responsibility for managing a caseload of complex care clients across the region. You’ll work closely with clients and their families, oversee care plans, support new staff as they’re introduced to client packages, and ensure high standards of care are consistently met.

Responsibilities
* Provide 1-2-1 support to a adults with Complex Care needs.
* Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals.
* Advocate for clients' best interests.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures.
* Support new members of the team on shift and guide them through the client’s care plan, regular tasks, and important information.
Requirements
* A Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and at least three years’ post-registration experience
* Previous experience delivering community-based complex care (e.g. spinal/brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy, ventilators)
* Someone who can join the on-call telephone rota as part of a team
* A full UK driving licence (clean) and the right to work in the UK
* Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
