Overview
Bladder & Bowel Specialist Service is looking for a Health Care Support worker (Band 3 Clinical Support Worker) to deliver continence care within the South Warwickshire community.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake reassessments of patients in their own home and residential care settings.
* Provide health promotion to patients, carers and relatives where possible.
* Assist in preventing early admission to residential care due to poor continence management.
* Deliver high‑quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties as delegated by the Bladder and Bowel Nurse Specialist, working within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications and Experience
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
* Experience in health and social care.
* Excellent interpersonal and person‑centred skills.
* A full driving licence and car ownership/driver required.
