What we’re looking for:
5. Experience in company secretarial or governance roles, ideally within professional services or an in-house environment
6. Solid knowledge of company law and statutory compliance requirements
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships
8. ICSA/CGI qualification (or working towards) would be highly advantageous
