About The Role
As Senior National Account Manager at Essential Home, you will be responsible for creating impactful customer strategies, leading negotiations, and pioneering growth initiatives with our largest national customers. Your strategic vision will energize our teams and amplify customer success. This role involves leadership beyond management—it's about inspiring and innovating to elevate our work and mutual growth.
Your responsibilities
* Develop and execute a customer strategy focused on sales, profit, and trade negotiations.
* Recruit, coach, and motivate your team, fostering a culture of achievement and collaboration.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customer ecosystem partners.
* Utilize data to inform strategic decisions and craft compelling narratives.
* Manage P&L to ensure account success and exceed targets across product categories.
The experience we're looking for
* Proven success in national account sales within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or similar premium brands.
* Experience in trade marketing, e-commerce, or marketing is advantageous.
* Strong background in managing P&L, budgets, and complex accounts.
* High commercial acumen with excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
* Customer-first mindset with experience nurturing multi-level trade relationships.
* Exceptional leadership skills to motivate diverse teams.
* Results-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit.
