We're delighted to be recruiting for a new Team Manager to join our vibrant Customer Contact Team and we need you
You'll be based at our Eastleigh office where you'll lead, inspire and motivate your team to deliver a great service for our customers. Through performance reviews, upskilling and coaching, your team will not only achieve both their own targets but contribute to Abri meeting our ambitious customer service goals.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership skills who can handle challenging situations.
You will need experience of effectively managing performance and behaviours, a passion for developing people and be confident in using a variety of computer system with multi-tasking across different channels.
Interviews will be held on 13th, 15th and 16th of October in Collin's house.
