HR Business Partner Location: Middletown Centre for Autism (Hybrid) Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: £49,764 £52,805 (NJC Scales 40-43) Hours: 37.5 per week Reports to: Head of Finance and Corporate Services Make a Meaningful Impact in Autism Education and Support Middletown Centre for Autism is seeking a forward-thinking HR Business Partner to lead and develop our human resources function in alignment with our mission to support autistic people and those who work with them across education and clinical settings. This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-led, inclusive environment. You will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, enhancing staff well-being, leading succession planning, and embedding best practices for a neurodivergent-friendly workplace.
