This is a new post, created following additional resource from commissioners to provide substantive medical capacity in the SET CAMHS Crisis and Therapeutic Home Treatment (THT) Team, to provide high‑quality preventative care and to reduce the time CAMHS spend in A&E. A lot of transformation has already taken place and continues to take place within Essex’s Community CAMHS Services.
This is a substantive full‑time post – 10 Programmed Activities (PAs) with 7.5 Direct Clinical Contact activities (DCC) and 2.5 Supporting Professional Activities (SPAs). The post is vacant and we wish to recruit substantively to this post as soon as possible. We will consider requests for flexible working, job share or fixed term if preferred.
