Night Manager - Hotel
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Night Manager to lead the reception team at night at this lovely 4 star hotel in Windsor. As Night Manager you will manage the front desk team of an evening and will report into the Deputy General Manager.

The Place
A 4-star riverside hotel in Windsor comprised of several characterful buildings clustered around a historic cobbled street by Eton Bridge. They have a fabulous collection of individually styled bedrooms, a modern conference centre and leisure Club with a gym, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The hotel has a riverside restaurant and lounge bar and is the perfect setting for both corporate and leisure guests.
The Person
The successful Night Manager will have the following:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hotel reception or Night Manager in a quality hotel of a similar size and style property.
Happy with the shift pattern of 1030pm-7am
Self-motivation and be able to motivate others to achieve through proven man-management skills, coaching and team building.
Strong organisational skills and be able to implement, work with and monitor systems and procedures ensuring attention to detail at all times.
Good understanding of all applicable health and safety legislation.
Be IT literate - Microsoft Office, Opera PMS preferred.
An excellent command of written & spoken English and numeracy.
