As a Software Engineer, you will work directly with hospitals and clinics to deploy and refine enterprise-grade systems. These systems include AI-driven patient communication and triage, agent orchestration with robust guardrails, and secure healthcare data layers with low-latency voice/video. This is a hands-on, Python-heavy role focused on solving high-impact problems in scale, distributed systems, and enterprise integration. The tech stack is primarily Python, but there is flexibility on other languages for experienced engineers.
What You'll do: -Architect and scale AI agents that automate healthcare. -Push boundaries in LLMs, reinforcement learning, and agentic systems to automate. -Collaborate with a lean, world-class team to ship fast, iterate relentlessly, and redefine healthcare delivery. -Tackle ambiguous, high-stakes problems—from optimizing inference latency to ensuring bulletproof clinical accuracy.
Requirements & skills: -5+ years as a senior engineer, with a track record of shipping complex, production-grade systems (bonus: healthcare, AI, or agentic AI). -Master problem-solver: You've turned vague requirements into elegant, scalable solutions under pressure. -Hungry for impact: Bonus points for open-source contributions, startup experience, or domain knowledge in medicine/ML. -Cultural fit: Low-ego, high-agency—thrives in stealth mode with direct founder access and rapid ownership.
