This is a full-time position reporting directly to the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting them and the wider team in the successful operation of the gym, with specific responsibilities for driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies inside and outside of the gym.

Job Description
* Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador
* Demonstrate our elevated ways of working
* Lead by example in our FUNDAMENTALS sales process, support and train the team to improve confidence and performance
* Focus on driving new member sales and retaining existing members
* Manage the activity planners for the gym, ensuring they are thorough and well executed
* Implement strategies to increase lead generation internally and externally
* Monitor dashboards and KPIs, communicating insights to the team
* Drive revenue from membership sales, products, and secondary revenue lines
* Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations
* Build relationships with local businesses to develop partnerships
* Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
* Support national focuses and incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Provide honest, constructive feedback to support team development
* Assist the General Manager with operational tasks including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, Recruitment
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
