We are looking for candidates who are Level 3 or above in Early Years (newly qualified applicants are welcome) for our setting in Crabbs Cross, Redditch.
As a Nursery Practitioner, your main responsibility will be supporting children's development by providing excellent activities in a stimulating environment aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
The Bright Kids brand offers extensive training, support, and career progression. You will receive high-quality, up-to-date training from our in-house team at MBK Group, covering essential topics like Paediatric First Aid and broader subjects such as Preparing for Your EIF Inspection and Using Natural Materials. The first month’s nursery fees are free, subject to successful probation.
Our positions are ideally full-time with a rotating shift pattern from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday, but part-time and flexible options are available.
Salary: Up to £26,400 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, including an attendance bonus scheme.
