Overview
Commercial Manager - Power Projects.
Location: Caldicot (regular travel across South Wales sites). Working pattern: Hybrid (site, office and WFH). Hours: Mon‑Fri, 8am‑5pm. Start: ASAP. Duration: Up to 5 months (temp‑to‑perm).
Responsibilities
* Full commercial management of power projects.
* Cost control and forecasting.
* NEC contract administration.
* Change, variation, risk and opportunity management.
* Applications for payment and final accounts.
* Commercial support to project teams and supply chain.
Qualifications
* Proven Commercial Manager experience.
* Previous experience across power/substation/OHL/windfarm projects desired.
* Experience in utilities, highways, nuclear, etc considered.
* NEC3/NEC4 knowledge.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Ability to manage multiple projects.
