IT Support (Junior Considered)
Job Purpose/ Summary
In IT Systems & Support, you will be responsible for supporting users across the business via multiple channels. These channels will include email, telephone, remote assistance and deskside. Support will include internal employees and external clients, both of which will require excellent communication and attention to detail.
This is a varied role, supporting users of all abilities which focuses on troubleshooting, administration, and continuous improvement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Technical support (hardware, software and network issues)
System maintenance (Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, Entra ID, M365, and system access).
Create and maintain system configurations, installation documents, and process documentation
Perform and improve starter, leaver, mover (SLM) process.
Perform and improve scheduled health checks of user equipment.
Server administration, including operating system updates, and scheduled tasks.
Maintaining company asset registers (Multiple sites).
Supporting company with compliance tasks and monitoring.
Ensure company laptops are secure and up to date. Resolve or escalate any security alerts.
