Make UK is seeking skilled electrical professionals to join their team in providing essential training to the next generation of engineers. This role involves developing and delivering engineering education, including qualifications such as Pearson BTEC National Diplomas, EAL Vocational Awards, and City and Guilds certifications, up to Level 3.
Applications are welcomed from industry professionals looking to transition into education; training will be provided. Responsibilities include developing schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments, and course materials, delivering practical training, creating a motivating learning environment, and assessing learners’ progress.
Requirements include a time-served apprenticeship, relevant City and Guilds (part 3) qualification or higher, with a Level 3 (or higher) teaching qualification preferred. Industrial experience and good communication skills are also desirable.
