Essential Requirements
* Ability to communicate effectively with all Finance Managers within Mace.
* Experience working within a demanding finance sector.
* Excellent numeracy skills and competence in the use of finance systems.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of transactions.
* Self-motivated, able to work under self-direction and prioritise tasks.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Desired Requirements
* Desire to progress and succeed within the organisation.
* Proven background in administration, ideally in a similar environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/software and excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of Oracle systems (beneficial but not essential).
