The Barn is Arla’s in-house agency, established in 2018 to help Arla’s global and local brands win in a world of increasing media complexity. Our growth and success have been remarkable, and today we deliver full-scale campaigns across many Arla brands, including Anchor Butter, Castello, Arla Cravendale, BIG Milk, Protein, and B.O.B.
This is your chance to join an international agency with an entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll work with people from France, The Netherlands, Argentina, the Philippines, and many other places. How will you make an impact?
As an Account Coordinator, you will join the Account Management team, helping to build and strengthen our relationships with brand managers while collaborating within The Barn to deliver best-in-class creative campaigns.
Key responsibilities include;
* Working closely with brand managers, internal clients, planning, media, creative, and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Assisting the Senior Account Lead and the wider team in managing brands and delivering high-quality campaigns.
* Managing day-to-day interactions between clients and the creative studio, supporting plans, collaborating on briefs, and overseeing projects from start to finish.
* Ensuring efficient booking of time and resources with the Creative Studio to meet client needs and deliver outstanding results.
What will make you successful?
The ideal candidate will have some experience in account/client management or project management, either on the agency or client side. Exposure to brand strategy and creative development is a plus!
* Curiosity for marketing—passion for leveraging various touchpoints to reach consumers effectively, both above and below the line.
* Proactive and initiative-taking—bringing innovative ideas and always seeking ways to improve and positively impact.
* A keen eye for detail, with an understanding of larger objectives and goals.
