GSL Education are currently recruiting for a qualified Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming early years setting in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and supporting their early development in a nurturing and fun environment.
The Role
* Support children aged 0–5 with their learning, play, and personal development.
* Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ensure safeguarding and health & safety standards are always upheld.
What We’re Looking For
* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (essential).
* Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting.
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with children.
