Role Responsibilities
1. Addressing any inquiries about fire safety measures, emergency response procedures, and fire prevention best practices.
2. Be the main point of contact for residents - dealing with any concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
3. Ensuring resident feedback is acknowledged and communicated to the project team
4. Keeping residents informed on construction progress and activity
5. Arrange regular surveys and assessments to gauge resident satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
6. Input subject knowledge to tenders/PQQs as required
7. Maintain accurate records and feedback for reporting and analysis purposes.
8. Organise regular fire safety assessments in residential areas, identifying potential hazards and recommending preventive measures.
9. Work closely with the team to ensure that fire safety and systems are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
10. Answer and manage incoming calls.
11. Oversee your own inbox as well as multiple shared mailboxes.
12. Raising orders with suppliers and monitoring deliveries
13. Checking invoices against orders raised and posting them off.
14. Booking travel, hotels, vehicle maintenance appointments etc
15. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
16. Prepare reports and documents.
17. Provide general administrative support.
18. Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues by performing tasks with integrity and honesty.
19. Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
20. Strong organizational and time management skills
21. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
22. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
23. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
24. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs, as well as working individually or as part of a team
