The Role
We are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Middlesbrough seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join their team. This is a full-time position teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, starting after Easter or for the Summer Term.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Science curriculum, fostering curiosity and a positive learning environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Differentiate effectively to meet the needs of all learners
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour strategies
* Contribute to the wider school community and departmental planning

The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
* Strong subject knowledge across Biology, Chemistry, or Physics
* Confident classroom practitioner with good behaviour management
* Passionate about inspiring students and raising attainment
* ECTs and experienced teachers are both encouraged to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
