Services include Will drafting, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust and Estate planning, Court of Protection Applications and the Administration of Estates. Are you the right person for the job? Must be located within an hour of Maidenhead SL6 7QU for client meetings (preferably local) Minimum 5 years PQE Either a member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers or looking to complete the application Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What will your role look like? Manage an individual caseload with minimal supervision Handle a variety of tasks, including will writing, lasting powers of attorney, and estate administration Take on existing cases and new enquiries into the Maidenhead office Opportunity to network and expand the caseload if desired What can you expect in return?
