We are currently recruiting for a EO1 Trainer in Derry/Londonderry Start date: ASAP Rate of pay: £17.43 per hour Location: Foyle Street Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Main Duties: The main duties and responsibilities are: • Contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of business critical and soft-skills training programmes to meet the needs of the organisation (including accessibility); • Work confidently with training software and IT essential tools to build and deliver training content; • Support the delivery of the Training Plan roll-outand undertake associated administrative coordination tasks; • Administrative control of Meta Compliance to schedule training sessions, plan rollout and monitor uptake; • Liaise closely with other Business Areas to align training initiatives with departmental objectives; • Provide regular updates on training activities, progress, and outcomes to the Staff Officer, which will contribute to the Annual Training Report. • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate relevant methods into training programmes; The duties listed above are not exhaustive. The emphasis on particular duties may vary over time according to business needs and the post holder may be required to carry out other duties consistent with the grade as allocated by management. Essential Criteria applicants must have: A minimum Level 3 Award in Training Delivery The post holder must demonstrate: • Strong leadership skills; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Experience in developing and delivering technical and/or soft-skills training; • Ability to liaise effectively with management and other teams; • Strong organisational abilities; • Proficiency in using training software and tools such as Canva; • Ability to work independently and with their own initiative managing their own workload and that of their team to meet competing deadlines. • Access to a form of transport - Proof of 5 GCSE's at grade C and above including Maths and English & 2 A Levels - Must complete an Access NI
