Job Title: Housing Systems TrainerContract - Outside IR35Programme: Housing Systems TransformationOverviewAn organisation undergoing a major Housing Systems Transformation Programme is seeking an experienced and engaging Housing Systems Trainer to join its project team. The role will support key system go-live phases scheduled for November 2026 and February/March 2027.This position will play a critical role in ensuring staff are fully equipped to adopt new technology, processes, and ways of working, with a primary focus on the NEC Housing system.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programmes for NEC Housing system usersDeliver training across key modules, including:AssetsHousing AdviceCustomer ServicesSupport ServicesGo-Mobile (Assets, Housing Management)NEC Document Management (DM)Create engaging learning materials such as user guides, quick reference tools, and e-learning contentDeliver training sessions both face-to-face and virtually to a wide range of stakeholdersSupport user adoption during system rollout and post go-live phasesCollaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with business processesProvide floor-walking support and hands-on assistance during implementation phasesGather user feedback and continuously improve training delivery and materialsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of NEC Housing functionality and module updatesCandidate ProfileThe successful candidate will be a confident and adaptable trainer with strong experience in housing systems and digital transformation, ideally with hands-on knowledge of NEC Housing modules.Essential Skills & ExperienceProven experience delivering systems training within housing, local government, or a similar environmentStrong working knowledge of NEC Housing Solution across multiple modulesExperience supporting large-scale system implementations or transformation programmesAbility to conduct training needs analysisExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to engage users with varying levels of digital confidenceExperience creating clear, user-friendly training materialsDesirable Skills & ExperienceUnderstanding of end-to-end housing processes (e.g. asset management, housing advice, tenant support services)Experience delivering training on Assets, Housing Advice, Support Services, and/or mobile working solutionsExperience with mobile workforce solutions (e.g.
