In this role, you'll support the Finance Transformation Director, and wider Finance Leadership team, in their successful delivery of the transformation programme. You'll collaborates with various stakeholders, provides guidance to SMEs, and ensure the successful execution of transformational strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a change management strategy aligning with Finance Transformation objectives.
* Collaborate with program teams and external consultants for seamless integration of change initiatives.
* Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and training efforts for a smooth transition.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with financial operations' change.
* Monitor and report progress of change activities, ensuring alignment with objectives.
* Facilitate adoption of new financial systems and processes through effective leadership.
* Collaborate with HR and finance teams for smooth organisational changes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Location: Our Finance Change Manager will be based in our Nuneaton hub on a hybrid basis with 2 -3 per week in the office, and the rest of the week working from home.
This role is on a fixed term basis for 18 months.
Key Requirements:
Essential experience:
* Proven experience in Program or Project Management, preferably in large-scale transformations.
* Proven experience of leveraging change management principles and methodologies to drive transformation
* Strong influencing and communication skills for effective collaboration
Person specification
* Determined, comfortable challenging and being challenged, positive, goal focused and consistent - even under pressure
* Exceptional problem-solving abilities, especially in dynamic environments.
* Ability to mentor and support program managers for successful outcomes.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
