The Role
Our client is a global financial services firm offering advisory, investment, and asset management solutions. Known for its collaborative culture, innovation, and opportunities for professional growth.
Responsibilities
* Assist with planning and delivery of volunteer events, coordinating with charities, briefing volunteers, and tracking participation.
* Support administrative tasks such as managing calendars, event setup, volunteer communications, reporting, and processing invoices.
* Provide support for the EMEA Impact Through Innovation Awards, including reviewing applications and assisting with shortlisting.
* Act as a point of contact for charity partners and campaign coordinators.
Qualifications
* Experience in corporate responsibility, events, or project support.
* Strong organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail.
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
* Proactive, flexible, and able to take ownership of tasks and projects.
* Strong communication skills and confident liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, with ability to handle data and queries efficiently.
