Role Overview: You will support pupils with diverse special educational needs such as Autism (ASD), ADHD, and Speech & Language difficulties. The ideal candidate will be patient, flexible, and committed to creating an inclusive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN Assist the class teacher with differentiated learning activities Help maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment Support pupils with personal care or mobility needs when required Encourage emotional regulation and positive behaviour Requirements: Experience working with children with SEN (school or personal experience welcome) A proactive, calm, and caring approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Availability for full-time / long-term work Why join Protocol Education?
