We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated People Development Assistant to join our People Directorate. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the learning, development and engagement experience of colleagues across Connexus. Every day will be varied - from coordinating training events, keeping our learning systems up to date, supporting induction and early careers programmes, to helping colleagues access the development they need to grow. You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for people development enquiries, helping colleagues feel supported, informed and valued.
