We are recruiting for Traffic Marshalls \n \nResponsibilities and daily activities:\n\nConduct site inspections, identifying potential hazards and proactively implementing corrective actions\nDirect traffic, employing dynamic signage, signals and diversions to ensure efficient vehicular and pedestrian movement.\nEnsure site safety rules are followed at all times\nAccountable for completing all maintenance work orders within area of responsibility or discipline to meet all SLA / KPI's\nComplete all works in accordance to Nuvolo Job Plans and be responsible for completing & recording start & finish times for each Work Order\nFollow maintenance Method Statement & Risk Assessments for all work activity, to ensure safe systems of work are adhered to at all times\nFollow Client LPS safety systems and practices and actively participate in all safety systems.\nAdhere to all Environmental, Health & Safety requirements, including control and supervision of contractors when required\nCarry out hosting of 3rd party contractors as and when need to ensure that work is carried out safely, following site standards and that the quality and workmanship of the task is completed to satisfaction.\nSupport any other reasonable requests to meet business needs / priorities\nMust be able to work within a team and be self-motivated\nFlexible in approach to work scheduling\nExcellent customer service skills\nDemonstrate ability to work under pressure\nStrong communication skills (oral and written)\nUse of computer systems to maintain electronic work schedules\nFull clean driving licence or working towards (desirable)\nFull disclosure is a contractual requirement.\n\nAbout CBRE Global Workplace Solutions:\n \nAs one of CBRE's core global businesses, Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) provides end-to-end services to occupier clients across the entire lifecycle of a building.
