A Role Tailored to Your Lifestyle We value flexibility and understand that every vet’s needs are different. That’s why we’re open to: Full-time (4 days/week) with 2 days of ops and 2 days of consults – 6:30pm finish Part-time hours – flexible and family-friendly to suit your schedule Saturdays: 1 in 3 rota (9:00am – 12:00pm) No OOH and no bank holidays Option to pick up additional locum shifts at our OOH partner, Vets Now in Newport Great Location – Easy Commute, Beautiful Views Based in Cwmbran, our practice is: Just a 10-minute walk from Cwmbran train station and close to major bus routes 20 minutes from Newport, 30 minutes from Cardiff Located near local shops and amenities, and overlooks the Brecon Canal – perfect for a peaceful lunchtime walk! Our Facilities and Environment Sanders Vets is a modern, purpose-built practice with: 4 consult rooms, including a dedicated discharge/euthanasia room Double operating theatre – ideal for new grads learning in theatre Spacious prep room Separate kennels and cattery Dental suite, imaging room (ultrasound, endoscope, X-ray) IDEXX in-house lab machines We’re proud of our recently refurbished facilities that support gold-standard care and continuous learning.
