Location: Remote (UK Hours: 9AM–6PM GMT)

TNW Energy is a dynamic, fast-growing company specializing in commercial solar installations and energy procurement. We’re expanding rapidly and are seeking top-tier Sales Executives to join our outbound appointment setting team.

The Role Consists:

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to transform cold data into high-quality appointments with UK business owners and decision-makers. You will be instrumental in driving our growth by:

* Making 200–300 outbound cold calls per day.
* Generating 2–4 qualified appointments daily.
* Managing and tracking your pipeline with accuracy and accountability.
* Working UK business hours from a remote setup.
* Taking full ownership of your performance and outcomes.
* Managing your own client portfolio.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for individuals who embody professionalism, drive, and coachability:

* 2–3+ years of outbound sales or appointment setting experience.
* A clear, neutral English-speaking voice and confident phone manner.
* Relentlessly target-driven, highly competitive, and eager to grow.
* Resilient under pressure with a hunger for results.
* Able to operate autonomously with a strong sense of discipline and structure.

* Lucrative compensation structure: Competitive base rate plus up to £100 per qualified appointment.
* Additional commission unlocked after 10 qualified meetings per month.
