This is a busy restaurant with a high cover turnover, run by a team of 13 chefs. The menu features a variety of dishes inspired by food trends from Miami and L.A. You will work closely with the Team to adapt and develop new menus. All food is prepared in-house and led by an experienced Head Chef. You'll collaborate closely with the Head Chef & team to provide geat tasting fresh food, No winging it just hard mis en place and organisational skills with a fun team.
