Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the accreditation and registration of healthcare professionals. This role involves both operational and policy-related responsibilities, offering exposure to regulatory processes, stakeholder engagement, and committee support.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and review applications for specialist accreditation and registration
* Liaise with applicants and employers on application matters
* Provide secretariat support for meetings and professional committees
* Assist in managing policies related to accreditation and registration
* Handle enquiries and public mailbox correspondence
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including senior professionals and policy leads
* Maintain and update professional website content
Requirements
* Degree in any discipline
* Advantageous to have experience in policy, regulatory, or administrative roles
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Critical thinker with good attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working Hours
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
* Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
