Generalist HR Advisor Office-based in the Sheffield area. The role includes a mix of: Employee relations casework Employee lifecycle work Continuous improvement in HR policy & procedure HR data analytics Line manager coaching and advice Recruitment support HR project work The personal qualities and experience we are looking for: HR Advisor level experience Would you be described as a self-assured and confident person, comfortable having challenging conversations? Do you have CIPD Level 5 or working towards this? Are you used to working closely with line managers to empower and advise?
